绿僵菌分生孢子微胶囊乳液制备研究

摘    要:金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae var.anisopliae)是一种重要的真菌,常用于防治林业害虫,但其分生孢子制剂不耐贮藏,且高温、干燥、强紫外光等环境条件影响其田间防治效果.为增强绿僵菌分生孢子的贮藏性及野外应用的抗逆性,该研究探索了水包油法制备绿僵菌分生孢子微胶囊乳液的技术工艺.结果表明,以辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠为壁材料,绿僵菌孢子粉(分散于大豆色拉油中)为芯材,其最佳组合和制备条件为,壁材料∶芯材料(m/m) =10∶1,其中大豆色拉油∶孢子粉=3∶1,乳化剂为0.5%吐温-80,剪切速度为13 000 rmp,剪切时间为1 min,制成微胶囊乳液的包覆率和萌发率分别达到75.53%、82.50%.

Abstract:Metarhizium anisopliae is an important fungus, commonly used in the prevention of forest pests, but its conidial formulation intolerance storage, and its field control effect is affected by environmental conditions such as hot, dry, and strong ultraviolet light. In order to increase the resistance of metarhizium conidial applications in the field, the method of metarhizium conidial microcapsule preparation using of oil-in-water was studied. Embedding rate and germination rate were parameters showed that the best formulation was 15% emulsifying starch as wall materials, the wall material and core material ratio of 10:1(the oil: spore powder = 3: 1), 0.5% Tween-80 as emulsifier , the shear rate of 13000 rmp, shearing time 1min, embedding rate and germination rate respectively reached 75.53%, 82.50%.
