摘 要: | 选育烤烟钾高效基因型新品种是解决烤烟钾含量的重要途径。为准确获得烤烟钾高效基因型选育的优异种质资源,对20份品种资源的氮钾含量特征进行比较及聚类分析。结果表明,品种间及同一品种各部位间烟叶氮、钾含量均存在显著差异,且烟叶钾含量呈随叶位升高而下降、氮含量随叶位升高而增加。‘岩烟2号’的钾含量最高,‘腾冲大柳叶’和‘大黄叶’的氮含量最为适宜。聚类分析将供试品种分为中氮高钾型、中氮适钾型、低氮适钾型3种类型。最高,腾冲大柳叶和大黄叶的氮含量最为适宜;聚类分析将供试品种分为中氮高钾型、中氮适钾型、低氮适钾型3种类型。

Nitrogen and Potassium Content of Different Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties and Cluster Analysis |

Abstract: | Selecting and breeding of potassium efficient genotypes of flue-cured tobacco is an important way to solve the problem of potassium content of flue- cured tobacco. In order to obtain excellent germplasm resources, the characteristics of nitrogen and potassium content of 20 varieties were compared and a cluster analysis was conducted. The results showed that there were significant differences in nitrogen and potassium levels among the varieties and among different parts of the same variety, and the potassium content of tobacco leaves decreased with the increase of leaf position, while the nitrogen content increased with the increase of leaf position.‘Yanyan 2’had the highest K content, the nitrogen content of‘Tengchong Daliuye’and ‘Dahuangye’were the most suitable. By cluster analysis, the tested varieties were divided into 3 types (middle nitrogen and high potassium type, middle nitrogen and middle potassium type, low nitrogen and middle potassium type). |
