家蚕茧层荧光色的遗传分析

摘    要:自生化遗传学立场,对家蚕茧荧光色与品种、性别和蔟中温湿度的关系以及遗传机制进行了研究。发现纯黄荧光色对纯紫荧光色为不完全显性;茧荧光色受多对基因控制,支配黄荧光色的至少有Yf-1和Yf-2两对基因,支配紫荧光色的至少有Vf-1和Vf-2两对基因;纯合型荧光色品种受蔟中温湿度影响小,而来合型荧光色品种则受其影响大,其主要机制是各荧光物质相对含量和少数荧光物质种类发生改变;在茧荧光色性别标记系统“东34限”中,其雌雄茧层中所含荧光物质的种类相同,但有三种黄荧光物质和一种紫荧光物质的相对含量雌雄间差异较大。

Abstract:The relationship between cocoon fluorescent colour (FC) and varieties, sex,mount-ing environment and the inheritance pattern of FC were studied. The results are as fol-lows: a) The pure yellow type was identified to be incompletely dominant to the purepurple type. b) Cocoon fluorescent color is controlled by multiple genes,there were atleast two pairs of genes (Yf-1 and Yf-2)that controlled the yellow color and at least twopairs of others (Vf-1 and Vf-2)that controlled the purple color. c) The homozygous FC co-coons were less affected by environmental temperature and humidity,but the heterozy-gous FC cocoons were remarkably affected. The major mechanism is that the relativecontent and kinds of different fluorescent materials (FMs) have changed. d)The FMs inboth male and felmale cocoons of the sex-marked strain "Dong 34"were of the sametype, but considerable difference was noticed in the relative contents of three yellow FMsand one puple FM.
