| 摘 要： | 以青蛤 ( Cyclina sinensis Gm elin)的鳃、外套膜、精巢为材料 ,用细胞培养法对青蛤进行了染色体研究。结果表明 ,1青蛤的腮、外套膜、精巢在培养液为 L- 15 + 16 0 g/ kg的小牛血清 + 40 0 mg/ L PHA+双抗 ,盐度32 .2～ 33.8g/ kg,p H=7.1～ 7.3,温度 2 6℃的培养条件下有较强的分裂能力 ;2青蛤的二倍体染色体数目为 2 n=36 ,核型为 6 m+ 1sm+ 11t

| Abstract: | The chromosomes of Cyclina sinensis Gmelin were studied in this paper.The gill,out velar and spermary of Cyclina sinensis Gmelin were cultured to study the chromosomes of Cylina sinensis Gmelin.The karyotype of Cyclina sinensis Gmelin is 2 n =36,6m 1sm 11t. |
