农科研究生就业现状调研分析与对策研究

近年来我国农科研究生的就业陷入了困境,就业难的直接后果是招生难,农科研究生生源质量开始下降,进而影响到了培养合格的农业人才。科学认识农科研究生的就业现状,剖析其存在就业难的原因,对症下药,提出合理有效的对策措施,以期为解决我国农科研究生就业难问题提供新的思路。

The Employment of Postgraduates in Agricultural Science:Field Survey and Its Policies Implication

Agriculture is the basis of National Economy.Sound industrial base and Competitive edge are essential for modern agriculture.Postgraduates in agricultural science plays very important role in the construction of modern agriculture.But it is more and more difficult for a postgraduate in agricultural science to find a job.It results in difficulties of enrollment.And then,quality of the postgraduates declines,which will raise worse workers on agriculture.We should judge the employment of postgraduates in agricultural science properly.The reason and solution for this problem should be found out.A new approach to help the postgraduates to find jobs may be generated in our paper.
