摘    要:为了解盐分对种子萌发的影响,以不同浓度的NaCl为发芽液,对大豆科丰14的种子进行发芽试验。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的增加,种子发芽率降低,株高、根长等性状的发育受到抑制。NaCl在0~200 mmol/L浓度范围内,发芽率从90.67%下降到3.33%,株高从20.83 cm降到2.37 cm,根长从10.72 cm降到3.22 cm;种子的发芽指数和活力指数亦随NaCl浓度的增加呈明显的下降趋势,发芽指数从77.15下降到0.66,活力指数从1 607.02下降到1.55,方差分析结果也说明大豆种子对盐分比较敏感,对种子发芽率和幼苗生长有很大影响。

Abstract:A germination test of KeFeng 14 seed with different NaCl concentrations was carried out to analyze the effects in salt during seed germination.The results showed that the germination rate of seed,plant height,root length were decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration in 0-200 mmol/L from 90.67 % to 3.33 %,20.83 cm to 2.37 cm,10.72 cm to 3.22cm,respectively;and the germinate index and the vigor index were decreased from 77.15 to 0.66 and from 1607.02 to 1.55,respectively;The results indicated that soybean KeFeng 14 had impressible to salt,which had significant effects in soybean seed germination and growth when it was the higher concentrations.
