| 摘 要： | 对宁夏引黄灌区试种的12个籽粒苋品种的营养成分进行了测定比较,并用灰色关联度理论和层次分析法对各品种品质进行了综合评价。发现就营养成分而言,D88-1在供试品种中表现最好,其次为红苋K472、红苋M7,再次为自繁绿苋ZL01、籽粒苋R104、千穗谷2#、红苋K112、绿穗苋3#和大田绿苋白籽ZL03,这9个品种的加权关联度都大于0.60;表现较差的依次是大田绿苋黑籽ZL02、大田红苋黑籽ZH02和大田红苋白籽ZH01。

| Abstract: | The nutrients of twelve kinds of tested grain amaranth varieties were mensurated and evaluatedcomprehensively with gray related theory and analytical hierarchy process (AHP)in Yellow River irrigation region ofNingxia. The results about nutrients showed that D88- 1 was the best variety among trial varieties,and the next varietywas K472 and M7,followed by ZL01,R104,Amaranthus.hypochondriacus2#,K112,A.hybridus3# and ZL03. Theweighted related values of these nine varieties were over 0.60. ZL02, ZH02 and ZH01showed bad performance insequence. |
