近几年我国PRRSV进化趋势及其对防控策略的影响

猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)又称猪"蓝耳病",是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的以种猪群繁殖障碍,仔猪、生长育肥猪群呼吸道问题为特点,严重危害养猪业的重要病毒性疾病,给全世界养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。自从2006年暴发高致病性PRRSV以来,PRRSV在国内不断变异演化,田间流行的毒株经常发生重组或变异,给疾病的防控带来很大的挑战。本文回顾了PRRSV在国内的流行历史、毒株序列特点以及近些年PRRSV毒株的遗传进化特点,系统介绍了新的流行态势下PRRS的防控策略,为PRRS的防控提供参考。

Evolutionary Trend of PRRSV in Recent Years in China and Its Impact to Prevention and Control Strategy

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is caused by Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)and commonly manifested as reproductive failure in sows and respiratory disorders in pigs of all ages.PRRS is one of the most serious swine diseases and pose a major threat to the global pig industry.Since the outbreak of highly pathogenic PRRS in 2006,PRRSV continuously mutated very frequently.Recombination and Variation occurred among different strains prevalent in field,which is great challenge to PRRS control.Here we overview PRRS epidemic history and prevalent strains in China,and the genetic diversity characteristics,and systematically introduce the prevention and control strategy for PRRS,all of which provide useful information for PRRS control.
