| 摘 要： | 通过对森林资源资产评估市场法的技术思路和表达式进行分析,提出了应用灰色关联分析法确定参数物权重及加权平均法确定最终估计值的方法和公式。以竹林为例,给出了实际应用的案例,其结果将有助于丰富和完善森林资源资产评估技术,在评估实践上有推广应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of ttechnology line and expression for market approach of the forest resource assets evaluation,the application of the grey correlation analysis method to determine the weight of parameters and weighted average method were established to determine the method and formula of the final value.Given a practical application case which was the bamboo forest,the result would be helpful to enrich and perfect forest resource asset techniques,and applied value was worth popularization in the assessment practice. |
