常用除草剂对木霉菌丝生长和产孢量的影响

摘    要:通过常规真菌生物量测定方法,检测了新乡地区常用8种除草剂对哈茨木霉菌株菌丝生长和产孢的抑制作用。结果表明,不同除草剂对哈茨木霉的毒力不同,农基阔锄对哈茨木霉的毒力最高,对菌丝和产孢量的抑制率分别为52.5%和75.7%,田间应用除草剂时应避免与木霉同时施用。

Abstract:In the paper,we detected the virulence of eight herbicide to the trichoderma.Results showed that the herbicide has toxin for the trichoderma.10% Fluoroglycofen-ethyl emulsifiable concentrate was the best virulence for the trichoderma,the inhibition of mycelium growth and spore production was 52.5% and 75.7%. Combined use the herbicide and trichoderma was forbidden in the field.
