水稻不定芽诱导及人工种子研制

摘    要:在含有2,4—D2mg/l的MS培养基上,诱导水稻成熟胚,产生愈伤组织。继而,在BA2mg/LMS培养基上,诱导不定芽,以不定芽为包理物,制备人工种子、在1/2MSO培养基上发芽,转株率为89.1%,萌发幼苗生长正常。

Abstract:The calli were in(lllced from mature rice seeds on MS medium with 2,4 -D 2mg/l. Adventitious buds were induced on MS medium with BA 2mg/l and KT 0-0.5mg/l and were encapsulated into artificial seeds. 89.1 % of the artificial seeds were geminated and developed into seedlings on 1/2 MSO medium.
