5–氨基乙酰丙酸促进桃果皮提前着色机制研究

摘    要: 在‘早白花’桃果实着色前,用300、100和50 mg · L-1的5–氨基乙酰丙酸(5-aminolevulinic acid,ALA)溶液涂布果实。结果表明:ALA处理可促进果皮提前着色,促使果实提前成熟,且以300 mg · L-1效果最为明显,比对照早约5 d。ALA处理还显著促进了UFGT、DFR、LDOX和CHS的提前表达,并且基因表达水平与花色素苷的积累趋势具有很好的一致性。据此推测ALA可能参与了桃果实成熟以及花色素苷合成的调控,对果皮花色素苷提前合成具有促进作用。

Abstract:5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA)solutions of 300,100 and 50 mg · L-1,respectively,were applied on‘Zaobaihua’peach before coloring. The results showed that high concentration of ALA(300 mg · L-1)could accelerate fruit ripening and skin coloration by activating UFGT,DFR,LDOX and CHS expression. A highly similar pattern was observed between the expression of four related genes and the accumulation of anthocyanin in fruit skin. The data indicate that ALA might be involved in the regulation of ripening and anthocyanin accumulation in peach,and promoted the level of anthocyanin.
