空腔容积音频检测理论分析及实验验证

摘    要:根据物体空腔容积音频检测的实际,从理论上对空腔振动体纵向振动进行了详细分析。在简述了音频信号处理系统的硬、软件设计及实施方案后,以炮弹药室容积为例,利用该系统对其音频参数固有频率进行了实测验证。实验结果与理论计算结果基本一致。

Abstract:On the basis of the fact of body cavity volume audio examining, cavity longitudinal vibration is fully analyzed in theory. According to the analysis, the formula to calculate the intrinsic frequency and displacement of the vibrating body is derived. At this time, the vibrating body is longitudinally placed, and its both ends are free boundary. The software and hardware design of audio signal handing system and their scheme of implementation are briefly introduced. The hardware design mainly includes audio signal receiving, handling and transmitting. The software design mainly includes initialization test data treatment, print, display function module. Taking the volume of bomb cell for example, the intrinsic frequency of its audio parameter is tested by use of the system. The testing result is coincident with theory calculation.
