不同耐盐性水稻幼苗叶绿体光能转化特性对盐胁迫的反应

摘    要:目的]探讨盐逆境下光合器官的光合潜力,为提高全株光合能力提供理论依据。方法]以耐盐性不同的水稻品种Pokkali(耐盐)、Peta(盐敏感)幼苗为材料,研究叶绿体光能转化对盐胁迫的响应。结果]结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫浓度和时间的增加,2个水稻品种净光合速率、叶绿体放氧活性、ATP含量下降;100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,叶绿体ATP酶活性先上升后基本不变,叶绿体光合磷酸化活力先上升后下降;200 mmol/L NaCl作用下,叶绿体ATP酶、叶绿体光合磷酸化活性一直下降;且耐盐品种Pokkali下降的程度明显小于盐敏感品种Peta。结论]盐胁迫下耐盐品种叶绿体光能转化能力强于盐敏感品种。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to discuss the photosynthetic potentials of photosynthetic organs under salt stress and provide theoretical basis for increasing the photosynthetic capability of the whole plant.Method] With the seedlings of rice varieties Pokkali(tolerant to salt) and Peta(sensitive to salt) as materials,the responses of chloroplast light energy conversion to salt stress were studied.Result] The net photosynthetic rate,oxygenevolving activity of chloroplast and ATP content in 2 rice varieties were all decreased with the increasing of concentration and time of NaCl stress.Under the NaCl stress at 100 mmol/L,ATPase activity of chloroplast first increased and then unchanged,and the photophosphorylation activity of chloroplast first increased and then decreased.Under the NaCl stress at 200 mmol/L,ATPase activity and photophosphorylation activity of chloroplast were always decreased and the decreasing degree of salt-tolerant variety Pokkali was obviously smaller than that of salt-sensitive variety Peta.Conclusion] Chloroplast light energy conversion abilities in salt-tolerant varieties are stronger than that of in salt-sensitive varieties.
