水稻光敏核不育系的主要特性及其利用的研究

摘    要:通过对水稻光敏核不育系在河北省的育性表现及其利用价值的研究。证明:1647S等4个光敏核不育系的育性稳定且育性转换期明显,可以直接利用;用光敏核不育系为母本与当地粳稻良种配制的两系杂交稻组合F1的结实率正常,生育期适宜,株高适中,杂种优势大,产量高,其竞争优势一般为20%以上,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The fertility appearance and utilizable value for PGML of rice in Hebei province were investigated. The experimental results were: The fertility appearance of PGML 1647s,31116s,E5047s and ABoo5s was stable in sterility and obvious in fertility alteration,therefore they can be used.Many fine two-line hybrid rice combinations were made by crossing PGML with japonica varieties.Their seed-setting rates in F1 was normal,growth duration was suitable,plant height was medium and heterosis was marked.Their yield competitive heterosis was over 20%.
