| 摘 要： | 阐述了中国进行土地整理的必要性，分析了当前土地整理中存在的误区以及引起的问题，就土地整理环境影响评价的意义做了论述，根据土地整理和环境影响评价相关理论，提出土地整理环境影响评价的内涵。介绍了土地整理环境影响评价的指标体系和方法，并给出建议。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the necessity of Land consolidation project in china, then analyzed the weaknesses and problems caused in the field of Land consolidation project in our country. After discussing the important significance of environmental impact assessment of Land consolidation project, the author advanced the connotation of environmental impact assessment of Land consolidation project according to relational theory. At last, the article proposed the indicator systems and methods and gave some suggestion. |
