千里光植物化学预试及抗菌有效部位化学成分检查

采用试管分项提取预试法、系统提取预试法和圆形纸层析预试法，对千里光进行了植物化学成分预试；利用硅胶G薄板层析法，喷雾Ehrlich试剂，对千里光全草及其抗菌有效部位中双稠吡咯啶生物碱进行了检查。结果发现，千里光全草含有黄嗣及其甙类、葱醌及其甙类、酚类、强心苷、氨基酸、鞣质、皂甙、有机酸和生物碱、不含氰甙、多肽、蛋白质、内酯、挥发油和油脂；千里光全草含有双稠吡咯啶生物碱，但千里光抗菌有效部位中则未检出双稠吡咯啶生物碱。

The preliminary phytochemical composition of Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham. (SC) was tested by subentry extracting trial in cuvette, systemic extracting trial and round paper chromatographic trial. And pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs) in SC and antimicrobial part extracted from SC were examined by test of silica gel thin layer chromatography sprayed with Ehrlich reagent. It was found that SC mainly contains flavones, anthraquinones, phenolic substances, cardiac glycosides, amino acids, tannic materials, saponins, organic acids and alkaloids, but dose not contain cyanogenic glycosides, polypeptides, proteins, lactones, volatile oils and lipins, and that SC contains PAs but there was no any PAs detected in the antimicrobial extract.
