摘    要:为了更好的理解植物对盐胁迫的反应的分子机理,结合差减抑制杂交技术和基因芯片的方法,研究了草原龙胆对于高盐胁迫响应重要性和新基因.先利用草原龙胆50#叶片进行盐处理和非盐处理,并以此构建抑制差减文库.从此文库中选取部分克隆构建了草原龙胆基因芯片,进行了芯片分析,研究了高盐处理对非处理条件下的基因表达变化.在3 h的高盐胁迫下,基因芯片分析显示有36个单一基因有差异表达,大多数基因未见报道.这些基因的存在表明盐胁迫导致了草原龙胆复杂的胁迫响应.
