适制乌龙茶品种茶树田间光合特性

摘    要:采用cl-301CO2气体分析仪,以福鼎大白茶为对照,对6个适制乌龙茶品种壮年茶树的单叶光合特性,进行田间不离体测定。结果表明:乌龙茶品种茶树平均净光合速率为7.66μmolm-2s-1;它与光饱和点1553.5μmolm-2s-1、光补偿点47.1μmolm-2s-1、胞间CO2浓度164.3×10-6均呈负相关。其中,三倍体良种——梅占的净光合速率最高,而光饱和点、光补偿点和胞间CO2浓度最低,可选为高光效育种的亲本。

Abstract:The single leaf photosynthetic characteristics of 6 cultivars were tested by the cl 301 CO 2 gasometric analyzer in the fields using the cultivar Fuding Dabaicha as the CK. The average net photosynthetic rate (7.66 μmol m -2 s -1 )was negatively correlated with the light saturation point (1 553.5 μmolm -2 s -1 ),the light compensation point (47.1 μmolm -2 s -1 )and the inter cellular CO 2 concentration (164.3×10 -6 ).Of the 6 cultivars tested, Maoxie, a triploid cultivar, possessed the greatest net photosynthetic rate but the lowest light saturation point, light compensation point and inter cellular CO 2 concentration, being regarded as a parent material with high photosynthetic efficiency.
