| 摘 要： | 在阐述宁南山区林业建设现状的基础上,分析其存在生态环境脆弱等问题,提出以林业为先锋,进一步促进新农村建设的建议。具体从农村劳动力输入输出转移,农林牧产业比例调整和特色林业、农产品产业等方面阐述。
