| Abstract: | The Stachys Floridana Schutl exBenth is a special and traditional vegetable in Luoyang. It contains many kinds of mineral substances, vitamins, protein, amino acids, organic acids, carbohydrate, phenols and anyother components. There are few reports on developping and utilizing polysaccharides of the Stachys Floridana Schutl exBenth in the domestic still. So it has better social and economic meaning to extract activity polysaccharides of the Stachys Floridana Schutl exBenth. The moisure content, fat content, ash content and hydrosoluble crude polysaccharides from Stachys Floridana Schutl exBenth were determinded in this paper. |
