| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨小儿喉乳头状瘤的疗效。方法 :43例患者均于支撑喉镜下以手术彻底切除肿瘤 ,其中单纯手术(SA组 ) 2 9例 ,手术 +微波或射频处理、鸦胆子油涂布创面综合治疗 (SC组 ) 11例 ,手术后以干扰素治疗 (SI组 ) 3例。结果 :总治愈率 5 3.5 %。 SA、SC、和 SI组的治愈率分别为 41.4%、81.8%和 6 6 .7%。 SC组治愈率高于 SA组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :小儿喉乳头状瘤手术治疗后结合微波或射频处理创面、鸦胆子油涂布等综合措施可提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore an effective treatment for laryngeal papillomas in children.Methods:Forty-three children with laryngeal papillomas were treated by tumor removal under self-retaining laryngoscope.Of them,29 were treated by surgery alone(SA group),11 by surgery in combination with microwave,radio-frequency or painting with Brucea oil(SC group),and 3 by injection of interferon after operation(SI group).Results:The total cure rate was 53.5%,and the cure rates for SA,SC and SI groups were 41.4%,81.8%,and 66.7%,respectively.The therapeutic efficacy in SC group was better than that in SA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of surgery and microwave,radio-frequency or painting with Brucea oil after operation could improve therapeutic efficacy of laryngeal papillomas in children. |
