醋曲菌的诱变选育及性能测定

摘    要:以乌沙曲霉为出发菌,经紫外线(u.v)和亚硝酸复合因子诱变,筛选出一株糖化酶活性强的变异株,其液体曲和固体曲的糖化酶活力分别提高28%和15%以上。该菌生长快,产孢子多,产酸性能好,还具备分解淀粉的能力。

Abstract:By using uv-ray and nitrous acid, the parent strain of Aspergllus usamii was complexly mutated, and one mutant strain GA-M5 was selected, which had high saccharification enzyme activity and more spores, growed rapidly, produced more acid, even could decompose raw starch. The testing in liquid and solid leaven showed that the saccharification enzyme activities increased by more than 28 % and 15 % respectively compared with the starter.
