摘    要:利用PCR检测技术,分析了硫酸铜、漂白粉、盐酸、过氧乙酸、链霉素、阳光霉素等药剂和干热处理对西葫芦种子细菌性果腐病病菌的消毒效果。结果表明:硫酸铜和漂白粉的消毒效果明显优于其他试剂。0.5%的漂白粉消毒5 min即可消除种子表皮所携带的果腐病病菌。漂白粉消毒处理后的种子不经过清洗直接晾干,对种子的发芽率及发芽势无明显影响。干热处理对该病菌的消除效果不明显。

Abstract:PCR technique was used to detect the bacterial fruit blotch infected seed in Cucurbita pepo L.,and the effect of different treatments including the solution of CuSO4,bleaching powder,HCl,peroxyacetic acid,streptomycin,doxycycline,high temperature on seed disinfection were analyzed.The results showed that the disinfecting solution of CuSO4 and bleaching powder were effective in extinguish the bacterial from seeds.0.5% solution of bleaching powder with 5 minutes can effectively disinfect the bacterial seeds.It is not necessary to get rid of the reagents with water after treating in bleaching powder solution,because the reagent does not affect the seed germination rate and germination energy.Higher temperature treatment can not work well in bacterial fruit blotch extinguishing.
