摘    要:采用室内培养试验方法,研究了温度、水分和氮素供应水平对菊叶委陵菜种子萌发的影响.结果表明:菊叶委陵菜种子适宜发芽温度为25℃;适宜发芽含水量为50%,水分含量超过此值后发芽率缓慢下降;适宜发芽氮肥浓度为0.5mmol/L~1.0mmol/L.贮藏1年的种子与当年采集的种子相比,出苗速度、发芽率、活力指数和发芽指数等指标均较高.

Abstract:The effects of temperature,moisture and nitrogen fertilizer on the germination of Potentilla tanacetifolia Willd.were studied.The results indicated that the temperature had a great impact on the germination of the seed,the appropriate temperature was 25℃;the moisture content for germination was 50%,if the moisture content was excessive,the germination rate was decreased slowly;with the adding of the nitrogen fertilizer,seed germination rate of Potentilla tanacetifolia Willd.was in a increasing trend,the appropriate concentration of nitrogen fertilizer for germination was 0.5mmol/L~1mmol/L;the emergence rate,germination rate,vigor index and germination index of the seeds stored for one year were higher than that of seeds collected in the year.
