摘    要:小黑麦是第一个小麦和黑麦属间杂交的麦类人工培育种,具有抗旱、抗寒、抗病,高蛋白、高氨基酸和高生物量等杂种优势,目前已广泛应用于粮食、饲料和工业生产中.通过对小黑麦目前的育种、生产力提高、抗性机制、改善生态环境以及经济效益等方面的研究进行综述,为小黑麦的饲草价值开发及其在生态建设中的利用提供基础资料.

Abstract:Triticale(×Triticosecale Wittmack) is the first intergenetic variety crossed by the female parent wheat(Triticum ssp) and the male parent rye(Secale ssp).Triticale is generally characterized by excellent resistance to drought,cold and disease,high protein,high amino acid content and high biomass.Therefore triticale is currently applied in food,forage and industry.The advances in triticale breeding,productivity,environment and economic benefit improvement,and resistance mechanism research were summarized to provide basis for the improvement of forage characteristics and utilization in ecological construction.
