| 摘 要： | 全面掌握和应用3S技术实现农业综合开发项目全方位全过程管理,需要有一定数量的专业人才和技术团队。文章介绍了3S技术人才的现状和人才培养的主要内容,指出通过开展3S技术和对外交流语言委托培养,开展短期实训和实用操作技能培训等方式进行人才培养,以期促进农业综合开发事业的持续健康发展。
