| 摘 要： | 用固相萃取-气相色谱质谱联用法检测鸡肝中邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs),样品经正己烷和乙腈提取、Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱净化,选择离子模式(SIM)测定,该方法回收率在85%~110%之间,标准偏差(RSD)在2.0%~5.0%之间。表明该方法回收率高,RSD变异小,准确可靠。

Analysis of Phthalic Acid Esters in Chicken Livers by SPE-GC-MS |

| Abstract: | The SPE-GC-MS detection was used to investigate the phthalate acid esters in chicken livers. The samples were extracted with hexane or acetonitrile,and cleaned up with Oasis HLB SPE column. The identification and quantification were performed by GC-MS in selected ion monitoring（SIM）mode. The recovery rate of each PAEs were between 85% and 110%, standard deviation （RSD） values were between 2.0%and 5.0%. These results indicated that the method had high recoverity rate, low variation of RSD and effective and accurate to detect of PAEs in chicken livers. |
