摘    要:为了研究贵州产红芯红薯叶黄酮含量情况,采用3因素3水平的响应曲面分析方法优选了贵州产红芯红薯叶黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,提取贵州产红芯红薯叶黄酮的最佳方案为:酒精浓度52%、固液比1∶23、提取时间25 min,使用该方案获得的实际提取率为9.503 7%。该方案提取量稳定,方法简单、可靠。

Optimization of Extraction Flavonoids from Sweet Potato Leaves by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract:In order to clarify the flavonoids content in sweet potato leaves,the three-factor-three-level response surface experiment was established to select the optimum extraction scheme of flavonoids content from sweet potato leaves in this study. The results showed that optimum extraction scheme was as follows: alcohol concentration 52%, liquid material ratio 1:23 (w/v), distilled 25 minutes, the content of flavonoids extracted from sweet potato leaves by the optimum extracting technology reached to 9.503 7%. This optimum scheme was stable in extraction amount, simple in operation and feasible in practice.
