| Abstract: | The application of food GMP to beverage production is very important. As a member of production management, it is essential to focus on each process of management in the beverage production. The relevant requirements of food GMP are discussed in aspects of workshop construction, equipments and tools, production water supply, packaging containers, quality inspection, hygiene management, production management, documents of quality management etc. |
