摘    要:介绍了我国蔬菜安全状况,指出远离农药蔬菜应该考虑的问题,在此基础上提出了蔬菜生产中减少施用农药的措施,并从消费者的角度指出如何防范农药蔬菜。

Measures to Protect the Safety of Vegetable Product Quality

Abstract:Vegetable safety situation in China was studied. The problems that should be considered from pesticide of vegetables were pointed out. On the basis of this, the measures to reduce the use of pesticide in vegetable production were put forward, and from the perspective of consumers how to prevent pesticide of vegetables was pointed out.
