| 摘 要： | 土地流转已经成为加快农村经济发展的重要途径,也终将成为加快生态移民地区发展的重要途径.文章对制约红寺堡生态移民区土地流转进程的因素进行了剖析,提出了有针对性的对策,以期加快生态移民地区的发展.

| Abstract: | Land transfer has become an important way to speed up the rural economic and social development and finally it also becomes the important path to accelerate the development of the ecological resettlement area. Though the analysis of the factors constraining the process of the land transfer in Hongsipu ecological resettlement area, the targeted countermeasures have been put forward in order to speed up the development of the ecological resettlememt area. |
