河北东部沿海地区野生大豆病毒病抗性与几种酶活性的关系

摘    要: 对来源于河北东部沿海地区的129份野生大豆进行抗大豆花叶病毒病鉴定。结果表明,2.3%的野生大豆抗大豆花叶病毒病,14.7%的野生大豆表现为中抗,26.4%的野生大豆表现为中间反应类型。选取11份不同抗性水平野生大豆进行生化指标的比较,相关分析表明,POD和SOD酶活性与野生大豆对病毒病的抗性无明显的相关性,而PPO和PAL活性与野生大豆对病毒病的抗性呈显著正相关,可利用PPO和PAL活性作为野生大豆病毒病抗性鉴定的参考指标。

Abstract:129 wild soybean accessions from the eastern coastal region of Hebei province were identified on their resistance to SMV. Among the accessions tested, 2.3% were resistant, 14.7% were mid-resistant and 26.4% of them were intermediate. The biochemical index of ll wild soybean accessions were analyzed for different levels of resistance to SMV. There was no significant correlation between the resistance to SMV and two enzyme activities including POD and SOD. But PPO and PAL enzyme activities were correlated with its resistance to SMV significantly. The results suggested that PPO and PAL enzyme activities could be used as the index of resistance indentification of wild soybean to SMV.
