摘    要:以收购现场的稻谷作为实验样品,通过测定出糙率、出米率、水分、杂质等项目,研究收购现场以出米率快速推算稻谷等级,结果表明,用Y=0.8718X+0.1969可以由出米率推算出糙率,从而确定稻谷等级。虽然推算得到的出糙率与实测的出糙率有出入,但由出米率推算的稻谷等级的正确率达97%。

Abstract:The paddy at field spots was chosen as test samples,such indexes as unpolished rice yield,rice yield of paddy,moisture content and impurity were determined. Paddy grades were determined rapidly by rice percentage at field spots. The results showed that there was a linear relationship (Y=0.8718X+0.1969) between unpolished rice yield (Y) and milling yield of paddy (X),and then paddy grades were determined rapidly.
