| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了用HP-5毛细管柱，以邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标，对苦参碱进行定量分析的方法。结果表明方法的线性相关系数为0．9999，回收率为99．6％～101．1％，变异系数为0．87％。

| Abstract: | A gas chromatographic method for quantitative analysis of matridin using a HP-5capillary column and diamyl phthalate as internal standard was described.The result showed that linear correlation coefficient was0.9999,the recoveries were ranged between99.6%and101.1%,the variation coefficient was0.87%. |
