新型城镇化与农业现代化耦合协调机制研究

城镇的新型化转变是农业现代化的未来发展道路,农业现代化为城镇化的新型转变提供基础和实施条件。中国在进行城镇化发展的同时,也加强农业现代化的发展,但存在人口城镇化步伐跟不上土地城镇化步伐、城镇化由政府主导还是市场主导及农业现代化与城镇化转变不相适应等突出问题。从互动角度,分析农业现代化与新型城镇化的耦合机理,构建两者相结合的评估体系,基于该体系,提出相应地对策促进新型城镇化与农业现代化的协调同步发展。

Study on Coupling-Coordination Mechanism between New Urbanization/Agricultural Modernization

The new transformation of urbanization is the future development path of agricultural modernization, agricultural modernization provides the basis and implementation conditions for the new transformation of urbanization. While developing urbanization, China also strengthens the development of agricultural modernization, however, there are some prominent problems, such as the pace of population urbanization can not keep up with the pace of land urbanization, whether urbanization is dominated by the government or the market, and the incompatibility between agricultural modernization and urbanization. From the perspective of interaction, this paper analyzes the coupling mechanism of agricultural modernization and new urbanization, and constructs the evaluation system of the combination of these two aspects, based on this system, corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the coordinated and synchronous development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization.
