菌剂添加比对厨余垃圾厌氧发酵的影响

摘    要:研究不同菌剂添加比条件下,厨余垃圾厌氧发酵的情况。结果表明:当菌剂添加量与厨余垃圾质量比为2:1时,pH值变化最为明显,反应在24 h时,pH值降到最低为5.2;反应进行到36 h时,pH值则又升至最高为6.2。挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的含量整体变化趋势和pH值变化呈现相反的趋势,沼气累积产量和甲烷含量始终最高,分别为48.74 L、70.25%;化学需氧量(COD)的产量呈现相反的趋势。适量的菌剂添加量,能够促进厌氧发酵反应,超过一定量则会产生抑制作用。菌剂添加比为2:1时,厨余垃圾厌氧发酵效率较高。

Abstract:Through this experiment, different bacterial agent addition ratios were set to study the anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste under different bacterial agent addition ratios. The results showed that when the ratio of bacterial agent to kitchen waste was 2:1, the pH change was the most obvious. At 24 hours, the pH decreased to the lowest of 5.2, and at 36 hours, the pH increased to the highest of 6.2. The overall change trend of VFA content and pH change show the opposite trend. The cumulative yield of biogas and methane content are always the highest, 48.74L and 70.25% respectively. The yield of COD shows the opposite trend. An appropriate amount of bacterial agent can promote the anaerobic fermentation reaction. If it exceeds a certain amount, it will have an inhibitory effect. In conclusion, when the bacterial agent addition ratio is 2:1, the anaerobic fermentation efficiency of kitchen waste is high.
