摘    要:针对打捆机捡拾喂入系统在捡拾喂入牧草时,由于牧草缠绕、堆积导致捡拾喂入系统堵塞,机器无法正常打捆作业的问题,运用TRIZ理论中裁剪原理和技术矛盾分析,提出了两种改善方案可以有效防止牧草缠绕及堆积,避免系统堵塞,进而改善打捆机捡拾喂入效率。通过对比分析,择优选择空心螺旋输送器方案。对打捆机样机改进设计后进行田间试验验证,结果表明防止捡拾喂入系统堵塞效果明显,充分证明了TRIZ理论运用于改善打捆机捡拾喂入系统的合理性和可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the picking up and feeding system of the baler is blocked due to the winding and accumulation of grass when picking up and feeding grass, and the machine can not work normally, two improvement schemes are put forward by using the cutting principle and technical contradiction analysis in TRIZ theory, which can effectively prevent the winding and accumulation of grass, avoid the system blockage, and then improve the picking and feeding efficiency of the baler, Through comparative analysis, the scheme of hollow screw conveyor is selected. After the improved design of the baler prototype, the field test verification is carried out. The results show that the effect of preventing the blockage of the pickup and feeding system is obvious, which fully proves the rationality and effectiveness of the application of TRIZ theory to improve the pickup and feeding system of the baler.
