农产品储藏保鲜的现代物流技术分析-以食用菌为例

摘    要:食用菌鲜活易腐性的特点对食用菌物流系统提出了较高的要求。目前食用菌主要以自然物流或常温物流为主,需要对食用菌储藏保鲜的现代物流技术进行研究。首先对我国目前食用菌储藏保鲜物流中存在的问题进行分析,分别借鉴物流企业、生产企业、批发市场、零售企业为主导者的物流模式,从物流观念、物流发展、管理体制和专业合作社四个方面,提出了食用菌储藏保鲜的现代物流的发展策略。

Abstract:The fresh and perishable characteristics of edible fungi put forward higher requirements for the logistics system of edible fungi. At present, edible fungi are mainly natural logistics or normal temperature logistics. It is necessary to study the modern logistics technology of edible fungi storage and preservation. First of all, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current logistics of edible fungus storage and preservation in China, establishes the modern logistics model of edible fungus storage and preservation on the basis of the logistics model dominated by the production and processing enterprises, the large-scale retail enterprises, the wholesale market and the third-party logistics companies, and puts forward the development of modern logistics of edible fungus storage and preservation Strategy.
