采油污水对水丝蚓SOD酶活性的影响

摘    要:为研究采油污水对生物SOD酶的影响,判定采油污水对生物体的损害程度。以水丝蚓为试验材料,利用酶液提取技术和比色法,测定经采油污水处理后的水丝蚓的SOD酶活性的变化情况,结果表明:随着采油污水浓度的增加,水丝蚓体内SOD酶的活性逐渐增高。可见采油污水对生物体具有毒性,毒性在一定范围内随采油污水浓度的增加而增加。因此,应加强采油污水综合化处理,以为大庆城市可持续发展和创建国际化大都市奠定环境基础。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of oil extraction wastewater on biological SOD enzyme,and then determine the damage extent of the oil production wastewater organisms,using Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri as the experimental material,by the technology of enzyme extraction and colorimetric,the test set out changes condition of SOD activity of the limnodrilus hoffmeisteri after a period of time treatment.The results showed that with the increasing of the density of produced water,the activity of limnodrilus hoffmeisteri SOD enzyme gradually increased.The produced water was toxic to organisms,toxic effluent with produced water within a certain range increases.Therefore,we should strengthen treatment of produced water,so as to establish the environmental basis for the Daqing sustainable urban development and to create an international metropolis laid.
