| Abstract: | There are total 40 forestry industry bureaus in Heilongjiang province. So far the main idea for the construction of digital forestry bureau is to develop information-engineering project all over the enterprises in the province. In detail, the principles and objectives of information engineering are introduced, and the design proposals of all individual models of systematic functions are put forward. |
