保护三江源生态环境与建立现代畜牧业生产体系

解决三江源生态环境保护与发展畜牧业这一对矛盾,把保护三江源生态环境同引导当地牧民群众转变传统生产方式,与建立现代畜牧业生产体系结合起来,有条件地利用三江源保护资金,改善畜牧业基础条件,建立草料、防疫等配套体系,形成以舍饲圈养为主的现代商品化生产新格局,科学养殖,禁绝传统畜牧业对草场及三江源地区生态环境的破坏,实现环境改善与畜牧业发展的最终目的。

To resolve the conflict between eco-systme protection and livestock development in the Resource Region of the Three Rivers,it is necessary to combine the refreshing ideas of local farmers' traditional animal husbandry manner,with setting up the modern developing ideas;to improve the infrastructure condition based on the eco-protection funds,And build the forage producing base and disease control system,promote animal raising within shelters and products marketing,and control any destruction to the Resource Region of the Three Rivers.
