微型泵专用电动机的改进设计

摘    要:针对微型水泵的工作要求,讨论了其配用电动机在冲片槽形、定转子槽数、绕组型式、温升、电容器端电压、起动力矩等方面的设计特点;在通用标准电机设计方法的基础上,提出了改进设计方法。经多规格电机的设计验证,方法实用,效果明显。

Abstract:According to the work demand, the design characteristic of the matched electromotor is suggested, such as the slot shape of the steel slice, the slot number of the stator and rotor, the type of the roll group, the rise of temperature, the end voltage of the capacitor and the moment of the start. Basing on the design method of the current standard electromotor, the improvement method of design is suggested. This method is tested to be practical and the effect is evidence ,
