| 摘 要： | 田间调查发现，云南、福建两地的水稻矮缩病症状存在差异。生物学接种实验排除了水稻品种引起这种差异的可能性。通过10％SDS-PAGE对福建、云南两地的7个水稻矮缩病毒分离物基因组遗传多样性进行分析，结果表明基因组之间存在明显差异，主要体现在S2、S3、S11、S124个基因片段上，其中S2、S3片段之间的差异与症状差异有地域上的一致性，推测这4个基因片段中的一个或几个与病毒的致病性相关。

| Abstract: | The survey in fields showed that the rice disease symptom caused by RDV was different from isolates in Fujian and Yunnan.Biological inoculation experiment conformed that symptom difference was not caused by rice variety.By 10% SDS-PAGE,the genome dsRNA of seven RDV isolates from Fujian and Yunnan provinces were analyzed,and distinct varibility was showed between the genes S2,S3,S11,S12 from these isolates.Farthermore,the varibility between S2/S3 fragments showed regionally accordance with symptom difference... |
