| 摘 要： | 地下水一直以来都是沿江地区油库建设项目环境风险防范关注的重点。如何实施有效的油类污染物地下水防控措施,在沿江地区油库建设和实际运营过程中显得尤为重要。该文针对沿江地区油库建设项目特点,从提高地下水防渗等级、强化地下水监控措施、推进地下水-地表水联合防控机制、利用截获井控制污染等方面论述了地下水环境风险防控措施,以期对油库建设项目的地下水风险防范工作起借鉴与指导作用。

Groundwater Environmental Risk and Prevention Measures of Oil Depot Construction Project along the Yangtze River Area |

| Abstract: | Groundwater has been the focus of environmental risk prevention in the oil depot construction projects along the Yangtze River area.It is particularly important to implement effective groundwater control measures of oil pollutants in the construction and operation of the oil depot construction project along the Yangtze River.According to the characteristics of oil depot construction projects along the Yangtze River area,we discuss the groundwater envi?ronmental risk prevention measures from four aspects:first,improving the level of groundwater seepage prevention;second,strengthening groundwater monitoring measures;third,promoting the mechanism of groundwater and sur?face water combined control,and the last,Controlling the pollution by interception well.It is expected to play a guid?ing role in the groundwater risk prevention work of the oil depot construction project. |
