| 摘 要： | 对东汉末以来荆州名士具体人数作了较为详尽的考证。由于荆州的政局安定 ,经济、文化较为发达 ,地理位置的优越 ,使北方名士主要是关西与豫州名士多避乱于此。刘表政治上并不重用他们 ,但他们对荆州的文化学术产生了一定的影响
