| 摘 要： | 讨论了现代网络环境下高校图书馆的特征 ,分析了网络环境给高校图书馆带来的发展机遇和挑战 ,并在此基础上提出了 2 1世纪高校图书馆信息资源建设应遵循的原则 ,最后讨论了在该原则下进行信息资源建设的具体措施。
