| 摘 要： | 就外商投资企业对中国贸易扩张的影响、FDI在中国各省对外贸易及中国双边贸易中的作用三个方面，以中国的实际发展状况为基础对FDI与国际贸易的关系进行实证研究，定量分析了两者之间的互补关系，获得应进一步研究利用外资、促进经济增长的结论。
