| 摘 要： | 介绍了建筑能耗分析及节能标准的现状，提出了建筑节能评估系统软件开发的基本模型。该模型由输入输出模块、工程数据库模块、建筑能耗分析模块、智能分析模块、节能设计模块、节能评估模块、主控模块七部分组成。同时将集成化和智能化思想贯穿于软件开发的整个过程，并通过计算机编程实现了其中的部分功能。
