多效唑对水稻叶片衰老的延缓效应和膜透性变化的影响

摘    要:以庆莲16号水稻为试验材料,研究多效唑 MET 对连体叶片衰老的调节效应及其作用机理。试验结果表明:多效唑可延缓叶片叶绿素、蛋白质的降解速度,抑制蛋白水解酶的活性,增强 SOD 活性,防止丙二醛的积累和膜透性的增加。多效唑对水稻叶片衰老的延缓效应与它对活性氧代谢的调节作用有密切关系。

Abstract:The effects of MET on attached rice leaf senescence were studied in this paper.Treat-ments with MET could strongly delay leaf senescence,decrease the degradation ofchlorophyll,protein and inhibit activity of protease in rice leaves.MET could stabilize the membrane structure of rice leaves in the process ofsenescence.The membrane permeability and the production of malondiadehyde(MDA)were significantly declined in the treated rice seedlings.In contrast there was a significant in-crease in the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the treated leaves.MET may delaythe senescence of attached rice leaves by inhibiting the lipid peroxidation as a result ofMET-induced increase of SOD activties.
